Prefab homes definitely produces low impact to the environment. Designed by Ryan Lingard, another eco-friendly structure was built in the wilderness near Joseph, Oregon. Hailed as the Signal Shed is packed with feature a person may need as they stay on this environment friendly home. It has the wood stove, metal roof, cedar rainscreen, reused windows, portable toilet, and operable shutters, which are good enough to make a resident feel comfortable as safe while staying in this pre-fab home. With roughly $10,000 amount of expenditure to complete this home, many are amazed of the unit’s design and features, but some felt it not worth the price.   1. I like the extra height on this unit to squeeze the bed loft in but wonder if it is sized to be readily transportable?
