  1. Looks great for the younger folks who are in good shape. Not so much so for people who have disabilities or are elderly. Running up and down to see what the kids are up to or just to greet guests. Cleaning and laundry too. A central elevator would help. I have seen the vacuum type elevators, they might be a good fit. Any room for utilities? Climate must be great where you are. We experience a wide variety, from hot to cold.
