Woodland Canopy: An Eco-Friendly Shelter

A shelter is one of the basic needs that everybody in the world must have. FORM Design Collaborative has created the Woodland Canopy, an eco-friendly shelter that has floor platforms that are made of locally obtained and FSC certified or reclaimed lumber. It also has a ribbed structure that is constructed using an unprocessed bamboo canes lashed together with hemp rope. In addition, the woodland canopy is constructed for sustainable materials and it has low impact connection to the site for an easy removal of the structure if desired. With the great features of the Woodland Canopy, I find it perfect for a weekend overnight outing or can be a temporary shelter for survival if needed.
