The Five Star Green Star Rated One40william Building

A new Five Star is aimed to be completed by 2010 in Perth Australia. If you think it is just simply a five star rating, think twice because the five star rating it got is a Green Star rating given by the Green Building Council of Australia. The building will house various trademarks like the new underground railway platforms on William Street, some heritage buildings like the Wellington Building, former Globe Hotel and Baird’s Building wherein all them are revitalized and restored. This five star building is designed to give its user a high level of comfort through its features like a high proportion of fresh air fed through the office space. The building features results will surely be and energy efficient, reduces running costs and greenhouse gas emission while encouraging its occupant in practicing eco friendly behavior.
