Another eco-friendly house is built in Spain. It has great architectural design that made the house a desire for everyone to own. The house has various environment friendly features such as the cooling system it has the 30cm deep canal water in the living area, which form part of the cooling system. It also has rainwater reclamation system. In addition, grey water is collected and recycled using a tank that is placed at the basement of the house. Moreover, a photovoltaic system supplies the electricity of the house and eventually run a radiant heating system within the floor. It also has an adjustable louver wall system that has the ability to optimize the heat capture during the day and retain the warmth by night. Finally to back-up the cooling and heating system of the house, a geothermal energy is present.
